Miss Luciana is a private workspace for teachers to plan weekly work, manage classroom records, generate descriptive reports, and create exams. This policy explains how we collect and use your information when you use the workspace or submit a request to join.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your email address and name, used to manage access and send login links.
  • Classroom content: groups, students, observations, reports, and exams you create within the workspace.
  • Join request data: if you request access, we collect your email and any optional details you provide (name, location, or a short message).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To manage your account, role, and workspace access.
  • To send magic-link login emails and access-request notifications.
  • To power LLM-assisted report and exam generation using the content you choose to submit.
  • To maintain and improve the workspace for all approved teachers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed database and is accessible only to authenticated users with the appropriate role. Login links are sent over HTTPS and expire after a short time. We do not store passwords.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the application, and by an LLM provider only when you explicitly generate or revise a report or exam.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the workspace administrator. Account deletion will remove your access and associated classroom data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the workspace evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to administrators and, where practical, to all users.
