1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Miss Luciana teacher workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the workspace.
2. Eligibility
The workspace is available only to approved teachers and administrators. Access is granted at the discretion of the workspace administrator and may be revoked at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Login links are single-use and time-limited. Do not share your login link with others.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the classroom records, observations, reports, and exams you create. By using the workspace you grant us permission to store and process this content to provide the service, including LLM-assisted generation when you choose to use it.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the workspace only for its intended educational purpose. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other teachers, abuse the LLM generation features, or use the service for any unlawful activity.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the workspace available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur.
7. Termination
Your access may be suspended or removed if you violate these terms or at the administrator's discretion. Upon termination, your ability to access the workspace will be revoked.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the workspace evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
